Our organization has been doing business with MLS for a number of years. MLS receives large quantities of supplies from various source, packing the supplies according to our direction and then ships out our packages everyday to different (and multiple) locations. Last year was my first year at this company and I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time as we approached the busiest time of year. Angel was great to work with . He agreed to a face to face meeting so we could get to know each other. I also had a new administrative assistant, so neither one of us was familiar with the process. Angel walked us through and we were able to come up with a few new ways to make some improvements.

Our deliveries were closely monitored by MLS, and we received timely reports for both the receipt and distribution of all supplies. We did not have a miss at any of the drop points. Everyone at MLS has been great to work with. They were very patient with us as we learned the ropes. Our success is very dependent on having a reliable partner and that is exactly what MLS is. They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about.
